Sam Mehr's Lab

Courtney Hilton is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Psychology at Harvard University, where he works in Sam Mehr’s Music Lab. Having originally trained as a musician (a classical guitarist, under the tutelage of Timothy Kain AM) at the Australian National University, he went on to get a doctorate at The University of Sydney, working with Micah Goldwater. His PhD thesis explored the cognitive effects of metrical rhythm in language processing.
