Lecturer on Psychology
Works closely with the Head Tutor on decisions regarding the undergraduate program and curriculum and supports the Head Tutor at meetings outside the department. Laura implements and evaluates the Psychology undergraduate program and assists in integrating local and college-wide initiatives and changes. She is also responsible for faculty orientation and is available to provide information about department policies and procedures to new and adjunct faculty. Provides advising to all undergraduate students, but is primarily responsible for advising thesis students, and students in specialized tracks that include psychology including: Cognitive Neuroscience and Evolutionary Psychology track, a Life Sciences track within Psychology; the Cognitive Science track, a Mind/Brain/Behavior track within Psychology; and psychology as a focus or application field in History of Science, Applied Math, or Statistics. Laura is the Study Abroad advisor for Psychology.
