Sean Toh is a doctoral student in clinical psychology at Harvard University. Raised in Sengkang, a small town in the north-east region of Singapore, he graduated with Highest Distinction in Psychology from the National University of Singapore in 2021. Sean is passionate about bridging the gap between research and practice, with the aim of translating advancements in youth mental health research into tangible improvements in the well-being of young people. Sean is primarily interested in designing interventions that motivate young people to actively learn and apply mental health skills in their daily lives. He is also interested in developing digital mental health interventions, especially those incorporating artificial intelligence, that can be sustainably implemented in schools and communities to improve youth mental health.
