I have 17 years experience working with many of Harvard’s financial systems. Throughout my career I served as the primary resource for information relating to University policies and procedures. I managed and implemented school training initiatives pertaining to Financial Applications and played a key role in the transition of GSE to HCOM. I also served as co-chair on the Joint Council to bring wellness programs on campus for the GSE community.

My long term experience serving the Harvard community allowed me the opportunity to provide a positive customer service experience to faculty, students and staff. I strive to foster a welcoming and supportive work environment.

I am grateful for this opportunity and I look forward to serving the Department of Psychology community.

Fun facts: In 2018 I received my Bachelor of Professional Studies (B.P.S.) from Berklee Online at Berklee College of Music. I am a creative person and I love learning new things. I am currently studying Japanese and Gaelic and I hope to continue pursuing my interests with classes at HES.
