During my childhood, I had always wanted to become a doctor who can help people who haven’t been able to afford their lives, but I ended up in Architecture school with a bachelor’s degree as an Architect Engineer. Working as an architect for the years was pleasant as I’d been helping people to make their dreams come true and build a nice warm place to live in forever with their dearests.
Life changed, and I walked out of my career, so it wasn’t the end of the world; life showed me new paths and opportunities that have been waiting for me. Joining the Year Up United Program opened my eyes; again, I saw my skills, strengths, and the powers I’ve always had. Studying as a Business Fundamentals trainee connected me with the Department of Psychology with a great kind team. Now, I am excited to assist the main administrative office to support appointments, financial processing, and general administration as a Faculty Support Specialist.
Fun fact: I really like to do drawing. When I draw and move the pencil on the paper, I can feel that I add something new to the world which is unique.
