Description: Instead of the usual CSSP Brownbag talk, I’ll host a fireside chat about communicating psychological insights at scale. In this (hopefully very conversational) brownbag, we’ll discuss what I’ve learned to date about communicating the science of well-being with an audience of millions of learners. We’ll discuss why psychological communication at scale is more critical now than ever. We’ll also chat about best practices for sharing evidence-based psychological insights across a number of different platforms: from massive-open online courses to podcasts to children’s television to short-form reels/TikTok videos. Come prepared with your questions about teaching psychology and science communication at scale.
