Azure J Reid-Russell

Azure Reid-Russell is a graduate student in the Nock Lab studying why people, especially adolescents and young adults, begin to harm themselves. She is also interested in understanding how people perceive and interpret bodily sensations and how this process may relate to psychopathology. Before coming to Harvard, Azure grew up in Northport, NY, and went to Bates College, where she pursued her interests in psychology, chemistry, and theater. Outside of lab, she loves to take dance classes, listen to podcasts, and walk around Boston.
